Application Turnkey Bidding Documents Released

The Ministry of Communication, Science & Technology ("the Employer") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for design-build and completion of the Information Technology Architecture, providing Framework Services, and implementation of selected Government applications and enable implementation of further Government services on-line in the future.

Bidding documents are available from 23 November 2003 onwards. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written application to the above office, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$500.
